Employee Corporate Communications DACT

We are looking for a creative and digitally skilled Employee Corporate Communication professional to support internal communication, employer branding, content development, and engagement initiatives within our new Sousse Hub.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging content for internal channels, the intranet, and digital platforms.
• Gather and share relevant site news, achievements, and updates from all departments.
• Develop articles, interviews, newsletters, success stories, and multimedia content.
• Produce and edit photo and video content to support campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support social media and digital engagement activities in line with corporate guidelines.
• Organize site visits, employee events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate sponsorship and donation requests according to Corporate Communication standards.
• Translate and adapt global communication materials for local audiences.
• Manage and update internal websites and digital platforms.
• Ensure all publications and visual materials comply with DRÄXLMAIER Corporate Identity standards.
•  Support public relations activities and prepare reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• University degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive factory or a company with a large workforce.
• Good communication skills in English, French, and Arabic.
• Good knowledge of digital communication tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in content creation, social media, photography, and video editing is an advantage
