Join our E-Mobility team and play a key role in ensuring that engineering product changes are successfully managed and implemented. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the delivery of cutting-edge automotive solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate change management activities, including organizing change review meetings and ensuring effective stakeholder alignment.
- Manage engineering product changes from request initiation through implementation and closure within PLM systems.
- Review and validate change documentation to ensure completeness, quality, and compliance with established processes and guidelines.
- Coordinate technical and commercial impact assessments, including cost evaluations, to support informed decision-making.
- Drive collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely implementation of changes.
- Monitor change progress, track action items and milestones, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to change management processes and tools.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German language is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
