Join our E-Mobility team and play a key role in ensuring that engineering product changes are successfully managed and implemented. Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate change management activities, including organizing change review meetings and ensuring effective stakeholder alignment.
• Manage engineering product changes from request initiation through implementation and closure within PLM systems.
• Review and validate change documentation to ensure completeness, quality, and compliance with established processes and guidelines.
• Coordinate technical and commercial impact assessments, including cost evaluations, to support informed decision-making.
• Drive collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely implementation of changes.
• Monitor change progress, track action items and milestones, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to change management processes and tools.

Your Profile:

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German language is an advantage. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
