Embedded Software developer and trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Software Developer and Trainer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will act as an internal and external contact person within their area of expertise, creating internal publications, recognizing and addressing the need for continuing education, and conducting both domestic and international training. This role also involves supporting the optimization of internal standards, identifying industry trends, and developing new concepts for complex hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert within your area of expertise.
• Create and maintain internal publications such as documentation and manuals.
• Present findings and updates internally as required.
• Identify the need for ongoing education within his/her field.
• Develop training documentation and concepts to support educational initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends to develop innovative concepts.
• Design complex hardware/software solutions for technical applications in the test engineering department.
• Analyze, develop, and program new hardware/software and maintain existing applications.
• Create, update, and approve technical documents including operating instructions and calculations.
• Ensure technical documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Follow all development processes, such as ProMIT/ProMED.
• Plan and conduct the startup of equipment and systems.
• Provide technical support and backup for team members.
• Assist in production support, especially for rolling out hardware/software.

Qualifications:

• Engineer's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Embedded Software Developer.
• Strong expertise in developing and programming complex hardware/software.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience in planning and conducting training sessions.
• Ability to recognize and address educational needs within the company.
• Strong analytical skills to observe and identify trends in the industry.
• Experience in developing concepts and recommendations based on industry trends.
