Deputy Quality Manager Sousse Plant

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Deputy Quality Manager to support the leadership of our Quality department in a fast‑paced automotive production environment. In this role, you will act as the primary support for the Quality Manager, ensuring that our processes, products, and teams consistently meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Quality Manager in leading the Quality department and supervising daily operations
• Oversee quality inspectors, technicians, and engineers to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements
• Monitor production quality performance and drive rapid response to deviations and non‑conformities
• Lead problem‑solving activities using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other automotive quality tools
• Support APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA activities for new and existing products
• Coordinate internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer audits)
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, improve process capability, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and management reviews
• Act as deputy leader in the absence of the Quality Manager

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in Quality Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or another high‑precision industry
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and core quality tools
• Experience leading or coordinating teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to work effectively on the shop floor
• Fluent English
