Deputy Manager Receiving/WH/Shipping - Sousse

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Deputy Manager Receiving & Shipping Warehouse to lead warehouse, receiving, inventory, and shipping operations in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment. In this role, you will ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished goods while driving operational excellence, inventory accuracy, cost optimization, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiative.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all warehouse, receiving, inventory control, and shipping activities to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound material flows to prevent delays and operational disruptions.
• Ensure the timely receipt of raw materials and the on-time shipment of finished products according to customer requirements.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through stock control activities, cycle counts, audits, and corrective actions.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, storage capacity, and material flow to maximize productivity and space utilization.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Transportation teams to support business objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with operational procedures, work instructions, company policies, and EHS standards.
• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate warehouse teams while ensuring effective workforce planning and allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and visibility.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and implement actions to improve service levels, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, including warehouse and logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Fluency in English; German is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer orientation and results-driven mindset
• Experience with HOST or similar warehouse/logistics management systems is preferred
