Your responsibilities:

Train personnel on the complaint process across production areas.

Provide training and support for QSYS to ensure proper complaint documentation in QSYS/RQMS.

Define KPIs to evaluate the complaint process.

Prepare reports assessing complaints based on KPIs, including processing timelines, 8D report completeness, cost tracking, and content accuracy. Share insights with Quality Assurance and site managers.

Continuously monitor internal and external complaints, focusing on customer issues.

Define corrective actions for complaint processing challenges.

Close customer complaints in QSYS/RQMS after verifying resolution.

Identify and document QM system/process deviations and implement corrective measures.

Coordinate complexity-related topics (internal/external).

Oversee documentation creation in compliance with customer-specific guidelines.
Your profile:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent to 3 years of experience in the quality area.
- Proficiency in quality methodologies (Ishikawa, 7 Quality Tools, brainstorming, etc.).
- Familiarity with customer portals.
- Excellent proficiency in English Language
- Ability to track KPIs, prepare reports, and assess process effectiveness.
