Join our team as a Continuous Improvement & Process (CIP) Manager and become a key driver of operational excellence, business performance, and cultural transformation across our plant.

What You'll Do

As CIP Manager, you will:

• Define and deploy the site's Lean & Continuous Improvement strategy
• Lead high-impact Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence projects
• Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost performance
• Coach the CIP Team and support cross-functional teams in Lean methodologies, DRX Idea concept (KVP) and problem-solving techniques
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SMED, KAIZEN, Process Capability and Lean workshops
• Promote a strong Continuous Improvement culture and employee engagement mindset
• Drive 5S audits, improvement actions, and operational excellence initiatives
• Partner with leadership teams to achieve ambitious operational targets
• Ensure alignment with EHS, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements
• Support plant management in strategic and daily operational activities

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree or Equivalent.
• Certification or strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred)
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and French
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Automotive Core Tools is a strong advantage
• Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
