Change Management Employee

Your responsibilities:

• Procure and analyze all necessary design documentation.
• Support the development and optimization of parts and components from concept phase to final maturity.
• Coordinate changes and implementation schedules, ensuring producibility and ideal costs while preventing avoidable production issues for both DRÄXLMAIER and our customers.
• Create, process, and communicate documentation (e.g., development files) within relevant systems such as PLM.
• Support deadline and cost planning for vehicle projects.
• Coordinate maturity level improvements through component analyses and define concrete corrective measures.
• Check release deadlines and participate in defining test and approval scopes.
• Contribute to planning tooling/material types and quantities and coordinate constructive design until release.
• Monitor production costs and consumption to ensure alignment with predefined cost frameworks during product change implementation.
• Support the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and prepare required procedural instructions with technical departments.
• Compile technical lists (e.g., parts lists), ensuring adherence to numbering systems.

Your Profile:

• Master’s / Engineering degree in a relevant field, or equivalent proven experience.
• Basic knowledge in Wiring Harness Design is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English is essential; German is a plus.
• Confident and effective use of MS Office tools.
