C# Software Developer (R&D)

Your main mission:

Develop and deliver robust C# software solutions supporting global automotive test systems. Collaborate in a cross-functional and multinational team to connect cutting-edge hardware with PC applications, enabling seamless communication between electronic modules, databases, and production systems.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, refine, and manage requirements; design and implement business logic layers and data workflows.
• Define software architectures and create technical concepts for test engineering applications.
• Develop high‑quality, maintainable code in C# / .NET (8 or greater) and WPF, following best practices in object‑oriented programming and Windows development (multi‑threading, security).
• Conduct unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and package software for deployment; coordinate rollouts to production and testing facilities worldwide.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to keep systems future‑ready.
• Work closely with hardware engineers, QA, and global teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation and version control (Azure DevOps/GIT, SVN, PTC Integrity).

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with over 3 years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in C# / .NET and WPF, with solid understanding of object-oriented programming and Windows systems
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / GIT
• Skilled in requirements management and effective stakeholder collaboration
• Advanced knowledge of PC standard interfaces and technical software systems
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive learning attitude
• Willing and flexible to travel both within the country and internationally
