About the role:

We are seeking a Technical Training Responsible to join our automotive manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in driving workforce capability, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of technical training programs, with a strong focus on operator versatility and process mastery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with training managers to plan and schedule technical training programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of training initiatives across departments.
  • Conduct both immediate and delayed evaluations of training effectiveness.
  • Manage candidate enrollment and communication for upcoming training sessions.
  • Maintain and update the qualification matrix to reflect current competencies.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires within the Siliana Plant.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
  • Promote operator versatility through targeted cross-training efforts.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the hierarchical supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field.
  • 3 years of experience in technical training (automotive field).
  • Strong presentation and instructional delivery skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret 1:1 technical plans.
  • Familiarity with training evaluation tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S and QRQC.
  • Foundational understanding of automotive cabling systems.
  • Fluent English
