Tech Lead Modul Assembly

1) Objective of job

• Ensure the proper running of the team.

2) Principle activities

• Believe and convey the principles and objectives of Dräxlmaier companies to its employees.
• Transmit to employees the objectives of SATS and the product.
• To know and transmit to the employees the responsibility for the fact of the product.
• Ensure the order, cleanliness and discipline in the workplaces.
• Strengthen group work between employees.
• Preventing occupational health and safety risks.
• Ensure that the EHS policy and objectives are established.
• Integrating workplace health and safety requirements into company processes
• Ensure that resources for occupational health and safety are available.
• Ensure that the SM S&ST guarantees the expected result
• Lead and help people contribute to the effectiveness of the SM S&ST
• Ensure and promote continuous improvement
• Develop, direct and promote a culture within the organization that supports the expected results
• Ensure that the organization establishes and implements a process of consultation and worker participation
• Support the creation and operation of health and safety committees

Personnel management:

• Ensure the qualification and training of staff under his or her responsibility.
• Training control. (Checking all supporting documents
• Ensure versatility to ensure flexibility in the event of change or absence.
• To actively integrate and engage its staff in achieving the goals.
• Make at least two individual interview sheets per person per year.
• Prevail the correct behavior of the workers under his responsibility.
• Resolving and monitoring workers' problems within the limits.
• Strict application of the company's administrative procedures and internal regulations.

Quality production:

• Ensure that the lines are started properly.
• Control the equipment (Machines of setting Clips, Pistol, workboard Etc....) in accordance with the work order.
• Ensure the correct filling of production sheets such as: production hourly monitoring, daily production report, attendance lists, internal PPM changes, control cards, CFE notebooks and plank claims work...... Etc.
• Ensure the correct identification of work places, accessories and cables.
• Identification and organization of trolleys (Red Gesperrt, C100%, CFE)
• Make sure the scissors are used when wrapping.
• Updated worktop validations when changing or swapping.
• Keep workboards clean.
• To maintain the correct route of the cables on the workboards.
• Ensure strict application of work instructions, control instructions and defect entry sheets. (Do Dynamic Control, Final Control, Track Ingh control card clips, CFE default entry, Repair, workboard claim.....etc.)
• Organization of control documents .
• Strict application of repair instructions
• Ensure that the repair area is organized (List of repair tools, repair books and checkout of repair tools)
• Know and transfer on to employees the basics of DMS/DPV/MVW.
• Inform the supervisor about ideas for improvements before they are executed.
• Achieve all the pre-registered target (efficiency, downtime, absenteeism, cable waste, overconsumption etc. etc.) of the product.

3) Job requirements

Specialized knowledge/ education: Bac or Technician 

Work experience: Knowledge in the electrical field      

Additional knowledge: 

• Know environmental policy.
• Active participation in reducing environmental costs such as energy consumption, water, paper, copper, etc.
• Commitment to operational control of waste sorting, environmental control and response to emergencies
