As a Production Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our operations  empowering teams, ensuring performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Your Mission:

• Bring DRÄXLMAIER’s vision to life by inspiring and engaging your team
• Align teams with production goals and ensure clear communication of objectives
• Foster ownership and accountability across your production line
• Lead daily operations to achieve production targets and deadlines
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and drive escalation when needed
• Encourage team involvement in identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
• Facilitate structured team meetings with clear action plans and follow-ups
• Oversee shift leaders and ensure performance consistency
• Ensure successful product launches and smooth implementation of technical changes
• Optimize workforce planning based on production needs
• Monitor quality KPIs and lead corrective actions for continuous improvement
• Manage internal & external complaints in close collaboration with Quality teams
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure transparency in reporting
• Drive operational excellence across quality, cost, and delivery performance

 Your Profile: 

• University degree (Engineering or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry
• Fluent in English
• Strong digital & computer skills
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Natural leader with excellent communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 standards
• Experience with FMEA / PLP methodologies
• Awareness of environmental and sustainability policies
