We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead production teams, ensure smooth operations, and support the continued growth and performance of our Siliana plant.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Supervise and motivate production teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure optimal workforce allocation and efficient utilization of resources.
• Monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Guarantee compliance with company standards, operating procedures, and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team members to strengthen skills and build future talent within the plant.

Your Profile

• University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good English Level
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
• Knowledge of production processes, problem-solving, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
