In order to support the Recruitment Department in our HR Team DRAXLMAIER Siliana, we are looking for a talented Plant Recruiter to join the Team who can meet the challenges of the market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

Missions:

• Responsible for recruiting specified profile for the production in cooperation with Department Responsible.
• Review application documents and provide correspondant recommandations pre-select candidates, prepare long lists.
• Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, Mainly for Blue Collars.
• Conduct job interviews and ensure the implementation and respect of the recruitment process.
• Prepare job designs related to recruitment needs.
• Prepare, conduct, and assess the selection tests for the respective area of responsibility.
• Cooperate in the definition of job requirements/ specifications together with the business units.
• Communicate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• knowledge of methods, techniques, and processes

Profile:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in management, business administration, and Human Resources Management (or equivalent) 
• Experience in Recruiting direct profiles within the automotive sector.
• Fluent English.
• Master Pack Office.
