Head of IT Operations On-Site Siliana Plant

Join us at the intersection of digital infrastructure and industrial innovation. We are looking for a Head of IT operations On-Site to maintain and enhance the reliability of our IT systems both in the office and on the shop floor at our Siliana site.

Your Missions:

• Ensure smooth operation of on-site IT systems in a complex, hybrid office and production environment.
• Detect and respond to system deviations or requirements, coordinating corrective measures swiftly
• Perform root-cause analysis and lead problem-solving processes (Problem Management)
• Implement infrastructure updates and hardware integration in accordance with IT standards
• Provide technical leadership to local IT team members
• Support 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting, including infrastructure issues and log analysis
• Interface with external and internal partners to resolve IT incidents, especially those involving PC-controlled machinery
• Manage IT service requests and incidents using standardized ITSM processes
• Oversee local IT cost centers
• Apply 5S methodology across IT components and tasks
• Contribute to asset management, ensuring data accuracy in tracking tools

 What We are Looking For:

• Engineering degree in IT, or a Bachelor's degree in IT with 3–4 years of proven experience
• Strong knowledge of ITSM practices and infrastructure operations
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is highly desirable
• A hands-on mindset with solid troubleshooting and coordination skills
