HR Supervisor Siliana Plant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Supervisor to join HR team.
This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions across departments within the plant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR activities and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and maintain personal employee files (e.g., attendance, contract creation, etc.) in the systems.
- Oversee the preparation of employment contracts and follow up on onboarding processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track and report on key HR metrics, driving action plans for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the productivity bonus system and ensure performance evaluations are managed effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely sharing of employee information with internal stackholders.
- Collaborate on HR-related projects, supporting their implementation and success.
- Assist with employee deployment planning and system integration.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters, advising employees as needed.
- Collaborate in the Development of HR Practice and renforce HR procedures, including discipline, and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with employee representatives to support a cooperative working environment.
- Focus on retaining staff, minimizing absenteeism, and reducing turnover.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills, including experience with HR systems.
