We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Employee Partner to join our HR team in Siliana Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key HR processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage employee records, including attendance tracking and contract preparation.
  • Support the execution of core HR processes such as employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Oversee the preparation of employment contracts and ensure seamless onboarding in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the productivity bonus system and facilitate performance evaluations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of employee information to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, advising employees when needed.
  • Contribute to the development and reinforcement of HR policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions and reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with employee representatives to maintain a cooperative work environment.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention, reduce absenteeism, and minimize turnover.
  • Offer support and advice on personnel, social, and labor law matters.
  • Assist in the personnel selection process in collaboration with functional departments and recruiters.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as SAP administration and personnel file maintenance.
  • Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts and references, following established guidelines.
  • Monitor staff attendance and claims, providing guidance on relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of human resource processes and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
