CIP Engineer ( Siliana Plant )

Mission: 

Become a part of our talented team and drive impactful change by implementing a continuous improvement process (CIP) to ensure conformity to standards and by optimizing industrial performance to conduct continuous improvement projects from conception to implementation over the life cycle.

Your tasks:

• Identify opportunities for improvement throughout the entire product lifecycle and implement relevant enhancement measures.
• Plan and facilitate workshops across various plant functions (e.g., Production, Logistics) to uncover improvement potential, such as optimizing time, space, and material usage; fine-tuning production equipment parameters; and reducing error rates.
• Collaborate with team members and business services departments to develop new support materials based on updated processes, including training resources, reporting tools, and system enhancements.
• Actively monitor project risks to anticipate and address potential issues.
• Contribute to the optimization of standards, processes, and production equipment, such as implementing computer-aided monitoring of maintenance cycles via databases.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Informatics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or a related engineering field
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, SMED, Kaizen, VSM) is a plus
• Experience in a similar role is considered an asset
