Objective Of Jobs

  • Design one IT-supported business sub-process element for HR topics according to the DRX process map in cooperation with functional units and define the requirements for software development in one business sub-process

Principle Activities

  • Evaluate, select and define suitable implementation versions for process requirements in a business sub-process element
  • Support in the standardisation of the business process elements within DRÄXLMAIER Group
  • Consult on the further development of the sub-process element in cooperation with internal customers and the process consultant for the respective HR business process
  • Act as process interface to internal customers and to the software development department for a business sub-process element (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/HR, etc.)
  • Conduct support functions (e.g. training of the key users in the sub-process element in the area of responsibility and in the corresponding application/ module, etc.)
  • Ensure the supervision of specific process steps in the respective business sub-process element (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/HR in the sub-process element)
  • Advise in the creation of requirements specifications and create functional specifications for a specific, IT-supported business sub-process element
  • Define and detail black box testing conditions for a business sub-process element in cooperation with the process consultant for the respective business process as well as conduct black box tests and document selected sub-processes and sub-process elements as well as implement applications/ modules worldwide in cooperation with internal customers and software development department
  • Conduct user support (e.g. by means of trainings, support etc.)
  • Coordinate work packages in IT service requests and IT projects

Job and Work Requirements

  • Professional/graduate education (experienced professional) usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with a few (two to three) years of experience in the related field (proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field requiring an understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge)
  • Type of activities: Design/set up methods of resolution for differing situations, including detailed analysis of the situation/causes
  • Scope: Clearly defined, but not comprehensive guidelines; general monitoring of success (after activity is completed)
  • Consulting and implementation of HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Project experience in SAP SuccessFactors 3+ years
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM modules
  • Very good English language skills
