Objective of Job

  • Coordinate the entire recruiting process for the specified support area within the DRX group in cooperation with the units as well as conduct job interviews
  • Acting as partner in bringing new talents into the organization
  • Supporting recruiting processes for sites in China
  • Working together with PR and strategic HR for building strong employer brand, providing data to analyze employment environment, university collaboration and other projects

Principle Activities

  • Assist in implementing recruitment process of Draexlamaier group in China
  • Design job advertisement, promote Draexlmaier employer branding by cooperating with communication and Global Recruiting team
  • Assist in implementing employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers
  • Be responsible for operational recruiting work, maintain open positions and assure process in line with China Draexlmaier rules and regulations
  • Arrange and conduct job interviews
  • Be in charge of employer branding events, including project planning, project management, branding materials design, etc.
  • Be in charge of branding channel management and daily running, including social media, job board, media, campus, etc.
  • Drive the cooperation with vocational schools and universities to build up future talent pool
  • Set up talent pool per responsible recruiting scope and critical target group
  • As key user of E-recruiting system and maintain the E-recruiting system complying with defined globally
  • Support superior in E-recruiting system development to further enhance the recruiting efficiency
  • Conduct employer branding market analysis to assist superior on competitive branding strategy set-up
  • Manage smaller projects and cooperate to implement projects launched by Group HR
  • Keep an extensive network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
  • Responsible for EHS management of the department, identification of environment aspect and hazard source, taking actions to correct / prevent / review them

Job and Work Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor) or above with focus on Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience on recruitment
  • Proven competencies and experiences in employer branding function for 3 years at least
  • Automotive industries work exp. are preferred
  • Strong project management skill is a must, like campus talk, summer intern program, exclusive job fairs, etc.
  • Experienced in recruiting system development
  • Very good knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations
  • Computer literate – Windows, Microsoft Office, SAP would be beneficial
  • Very good English (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Willing to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Project management skills
  • Presentation skills
