Testing Specialist

We are looking for a Testing Specialist to join our Manufacturing Line Planning HV team in our Satu Mare plant.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of concepts and hardware architectures for complex hardware (HW) & electronics devices, Electronic modules, components, architectures, etc.;
• Analyzing, specifying and developing new complex HW & electronics (devices, electronic modules/architectures etc.) as well as repairing, maintaining and expanding existing electronics, devices and systems;
• Calibration of devices and systems in coordination with the test equipment department;
• Implementation and collaboration in the creation of risk assessments and FMEAs;
• Recognize general need for continuing education in his/her own field within the company; plan and conduct internal and external training on complex topics, both domestically and in other countries;
• Support in determining and optimizing internal standards and processes within his/her own area of expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field;
• Minimum 3 years experience working with testing and automation;
• Strong experience in HV/ high frequency is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of Lean Principles, FMEA, risk assessment;
• Experience in concept & development of technical systems (testing and test systems) and ideally basic experience in functional safety;
• Excellent English level - spoken and written, German is considered an advantage.
