Tasks:
- Create project/concepts plans and ensure their observance, (e.g. equipment planning, deadline planning, cost planning, etc.) in accordance with the technical and/or main project lead as well as technical department;
- Ensure the observance of project budget as well as the distribution to the functions, (e.g. Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, etc.) implementation of measures, in case of deviations;
- Participate in conducting risk analysis;
- Act as an interface between involved internal/external parties (e.g. main project manager, NPLM, specialist project manager, sub-project manager, customers, suppliers, specialist departments, etc.);
- Ensure the observance of specified project KPI's/goals, in regard to production relevant topics;
- Optimization/development of processes, systems and methods;
- Create/develop and define quality concepts and measures to ensure specified quality standards for new developments in coordination with specialist departments;
- Clarify technical requirements with customers and prepare quotes regarding quality costs in cooperation with technical project management, development and other relevant departments, negotiate with main project management in case of excessive costs with customers;
- Plan, conduct and document internal process audits;
- Prepare and lead quality meetings;
- Making decisions about quality in borderline- and special cases.
Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Economics or related field;
- + 3 years of experience in Quality department in the Automotive industry;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Good organization and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
- Very good communication skills, team–player and self-motivated;
- Strong willingness to learn, grow and to further develop yourself;
- Willingness to travel on business.
