Project Manager High-Voltage Components

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical projects from concept through execution. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring project success by managing resources, schedules, budgets, and risks while acting as a key interface between internal teams, customers, and suppliers

Tasks:

·        Develop and maintain project plans covering resources, timelines, and budgets;

·        Monitor progress, identify risks, and initiate corrective actions when needed;

·        Define project roles, responsibilities, and communication interfaces;

·        Lead and support project teams and sub-project managers;

·        Analyze technical and cost impacts of changes in collaboration with specialists;

·        Participate in customer and supplier negotiations and ensure implementation of changes;

·        Support product lifecycle activities, including model updates and series production;

·        Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization;

·        Collaborate with purchasing and engineering to assess feasibility and manage supplier changes.

Profile:

·        Bachelor Degree in a Technical field;

·        +3 years of Project Management experience;

·        Excellent communication skills in English;

·        German language is an advantage;

·        Knowledge of Lean methods (Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement process) is an advantage;

·        Good organization and problem-solving skills;

·        Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;

·        Very good communication skills, team–player and self-motivated;

·        You have a strong willingness to learn, grow and to further develop yourself.
