In order to support the Application Engineering department in Satu Mare, we are looking for a Plastic Technology Engineer who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Implementation and parameterization of several technologies as part of the industrialization of projects and creation of training concepts;
- Recognizing, adapting and implementing innovations;
- Contributing to the continuous development of production processes (state of the art) and standards;
- Participation in the management of projects related to the product and process in relation to the "Simultaneous Engineering Process";
- Supports and provides technical expertise in the areas of Injection (Plastic Injection, Silicone, Fiber Optics, 1k, 2k) and plastic extrusion;
- Starting and configuring production equipment for new products;
- Increased support for the production department, the first contact for technical questions regarding Injection technologies (Plastic Injection, Silicone, Fiber Optics, 1k, 2k) and plastic extrusion.
Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree/studies in a Technical field;
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience on a similar position;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Advanced knowledge of English is mandatory;
- Communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
