Mechatronics Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machines and/or equipment; manufacture and install technical systems;
• Provide consultation in the planning, selection, and procurement of tools, taking into account company standards and specific user requirements;
• Perform parameterization activities and create the corresponding technical documentation in accordance with interpretation specifications;
• Recommend actions for efficient maintenance and repairs, as well as improvements to maintenance standards;
• Analyze issues and faults related to selected equipment technologies;
• Plan work processes, material procurement, and setup activities, and verify the completeness of production documentation;
• Install repaired/manufactured tools, adjust tooling, modify processing programs, perform operational and functional tests, and prepare the appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum vocational school education, preferably in a technical field (electronics or mechanics preferred);
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience;
• English language proficiency at an intermediate level;
• Availability for business travel and shift work (3-shift schedule);
• Process- and goal-oriented mindset, analytical skills, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork abilities.
