For our Management System and Methods Department in Satu Mare, we are looking for an Integrate Management System Specialist.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assure the implementation of the integrated management system within the plant and participate in the coordination and preparation of the management system assessment (management review);
  • Assure the effective implementation of system requirements in the relevant standards IATF16949 ISO14001, ISO45001, as well as where applicable CQC, ISO50001 & ISO27001;
  • Plan, coordinate, conduct process audits according VDA 6.3 (as needed, also at other DRÄXLMAIER sites) and coordinate and support internal system audits according to specifications if necessary as co-auditor;
  • Coordinate and work together with the lead auditor for external system audits (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, CQC) at the site with regard to preparation and readiness for the audit;
  • Prepare audit reports as well as their upload in SAP QM and perform audit cross-checks at the plant based on the provided list of relevant external audit deviations;
  • Identify and report weak points/ risks; develop recommendations for changes to processes and systems;
  • Coordination of risk management in the role of Plant Risk Coordinator.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Technical college or college degree and up to 2 years professional experience OR equivalent knowledge and skills gained in another manner;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry;
  • Certifications for IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and FFA (Field Failure Analysis);
  • Knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP / PPF) and knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 19001,ISO 19011, ISO 50001 & ISO 27001;
  • Knowledge of 8D methodology / complaints management, Q tools, SPC, customer-specific requirements, requalification inspections, and special characteristics;
  • Good command of English and/or German;
  • Personal initiative, flexibility, analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication, teamwork, negotiation and conflict management skills, and customer orientation.
