We are looking for an Industrialization Responsible for our factory in Satu Mare.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing production concepts according to project requirements, customer specifications, and applicable automotive standards;
- Active participation in projects and reporting the status of activities both from a project and management perspective;
- Conducting feasibility and risk analyses (FMEA) and preparing documentation for existing and new projects;
- Negotiating with internal and external suppliers regarding technology and specifications;
- Performing performance analyses (R@R), managing process transfers, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions;
- Recognizing, adapting, and proactively implementing innovations through alternative concepts;
- Planning, monitoring, and optimizing production capacities on implemented production lines.
Profile:
- University degree in a technical field;
- Relevant experience in planning and implementing production processes (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage);
- Solid knowledge of production equipment and technologies;
- Familiarity with automotive-specific tools (R@R, FMEA, 5WHY);
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- Advanced English skills; German is a plus;
- Willingness to travel;
- Proactive mindset, oriented toward continuous improvement, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to actively contribute to process optimization;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
