In order to support the Logistics Control department in Satu Mare, we are looking for a Head of Production Control Component System who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Leading employees under professional and disciplinary control and making decisions related to personnel in consultation with the HR department and superior;
- Provides technical support to subordinates;
- Initiation and schooling of subordinate staff, in collaboration with group leaders;
- Planning of personnel in the area of responsibility as well as their appointment according to their qualification in collaboration with the department's superior;
- Conducting individual performance discussions with group leaders;
- Providing general support in the company's tasks/responsibilities;
- Setting priorities according to the objectives agreed within the Production control CS and Material control CS department;
- Ensuring the reorganization of work processes in case of interruptions or blockages;
- Ensuring cooperation to identify and develop ideas for improvement.
Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree/studies or vocational training in Technical or Economic field;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in the Automotive sector;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and experience in using SAP and other logistics control systems;
- Knowledge of specific software (Host, SAP) and 8D (handling of complaints) constitutes an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Leadership skills, communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking, very good analytical and proactivity skills.
