Customer Quality Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Quality Specialist to join our Customer Quality department in Satu Mare.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure and maintain the quality of products and processes in series production, meeting customer expectations;
- Monitor and update customer portals daily for all claims addressed to the plant;
- Analyze customer complaints, define corrective and preventive actions, and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions (8D reports);
- Ensure product and process compliance with quality requirements in ongoing projects;
- Implement appropriate measures to eliminate defects, weaknesses and risks, and evaluate their effectiveness;
- Communicate with the customer to present and clarify initial sampling processes and series production changes.
Profile:
- University degree;
- 3–5 years of experience in a Quality department;
- Knowledge of problem‑solving methods: 5W, Ishikawa, 8D;
- Familiarity with relevant automotive standards: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC;
- Strong MS Office skills;
- Advanced English; German is an advantage;
- Process‑ and customer‑oriented mindset, strong analytical abilities, problem‑solving skills, proactive attitude, flexibility and teamwork.
