Continuous improvement expert

We are looking for a Continuous improvement expert for our  Satu Mare plant.

Responsibilities:

• Optimization of series processes in order to achieve operational excellence;
• Involvement in Ramp Up of new projects to ensure the optimal start-up of new projects and technologies in the plant;
• Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies and reduce waste;
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
• Act as internal and external contact person within his/her own and neighboring areas of expertise; Lead internal work groups (e.g. Teiletisch, task forces, product safety network etc.);
• Technical leadership of teams (e.g complex projects involvement, process cycle).

Requirements:

• Professional/graduate education (seasoned professional) usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with substantial (five to seven) years of experience in the related field/s (highly proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field with a high degree of innovative and conceptual thinking within a scientific discipline);
• 5 to 7 years professional experience in a similar field;
• English language advance level, German language would be a benefit;
• Profound knowledge of methods in the field of production and logistics optimization (e.g. Lean Production, TPM, QM methods, DfM);
• Very good communication and problem solving skills, strategic thinking and goal orientation.
