Responsibilities:
- Manages assigned GBS projects from initiation to planning, monitoring, and control;
- Acts as an interface between departments to identify processes suitable for GBS transfer and continuous optimization;
- Prepares project presentations, reports, and data analyses for stakeholders;
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives (automation, standardization, process redesign);
- Provides guidance, knowledge sharing, and technical support to interdisciplinary project teams;
- Collaborates in defining quality guidelines, service catalogs, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
- Identifies development needs within the local team and supports training activities;
- Monitors industry trends and propose improvements aligned with GBS strategy;
- Participates in the design, implementation, and refinement of GBS processes and controls;
- Performs data analysis on project and process indicators to identify trends, risks, deviations and improvement opportunities;
- Develops data-driven insights, visual reports and dashboards to support decision-making for GBS management and project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Economics or related field with at least 3 years of practical experience in project-based work, preferably within Automotive industry;
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, coordination and stakeholder communication;
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and ability to guide or mentor colleagues during project activities;
- Very good knowledge of English language;
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
- Strong willingness to learn, grow and to further develop yourself.
