Technical Engineer TPM

Objective of the position 

Create and manage production documentation

Principal activities

• Prepare and manage master data lists
• Create production plans for modifications and rework
• Create documentation for production processes, including machine setting data, in production plans
• Recognize improvement potential in existing production plans and cooperate in development of suggestions for product improvement
• Manage customer data/information in production documentation, taking into account applicable standards and production-technical aspects
• Include all change descriptions from the customer and internal product improvements, excluding avoidable production interruptions at DRX and customer
• Implement work sequences and operations according to instructions, taking into account known production processes and time data for variants of a product according to ergonomic, production-technical and economic knowledge
• Describe production processes, work operations, work sequences and equipment, if necessary implementing optimum batch sizes in cooperation with the involved departments

Requirements:

Professional career: 

• Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar

Relevant experience: 

• Harness Processes
• Automotive Industry

Technical knowledge:

• Norma  IATF 16949:2016
• ISO 14001-2015 / ISO 45001:2018
• Statistical tools
• Problem solving skills
• Product integrity
• Risk analysis
• 8Ds

Languages:

• English Advanced Level
