Objective of the position

• Active participation In the project team for the development of interior components focusing on development
•  structure administration and change management as well as on procuring development samples.
• Compiling and updating the product structure in the PLM.
• Create drawings/data sets and develop documentation.
• Compiling and updating the product structure In the PLM.

Principal activities

• Ensure that all documentation is properly created and maintained for new parts, modified parts, and purchase parts. Ensure that data Is properly stored within PLM. Ensure (hat data transfer Is occurring in an effective manner.
• Management of CAD developed parts until series production. Evaluate alternatives and recommend product solutions to components/assembly concerns throughout the development process.
• Assist In the development of individual parts/component groups taking guidelines into account (e.g. functional, weight and installation viewpoints, economic aspects, etc.)
• Organize and monitor the staging of parts/components so that they are on-schedule, on-function and in the proper assembly, taking economic aspects Into consideration.
• Obtain releases.
• Support purchasing in technical questions when Orders are placed.
• Create and check schedules based on development plans.

Requirements:

• Professional career: •          Bachelor´s Degree

Associate Degree in related product design or technology - preferred

• Relevant experience (3-5 Years):

CAD product development within automotive inferior components

Automotive industry product development part and tool design

GD&T, plastic part development, injection molding processes

DRX product development and production process

            CAD design requirement (UG NX or Catia)          

• Language: English: Bussiness level
• Technical knowledge:

CAD

FMEA
