Objective of the position
Support the design and implementation of basic production equipment, as well as its integration into the plant production sequences.
Principal activities
- Support the creation of all procurement documents as part of the new development equipment standard. Technical notebook’s agreement.
- Support the conduction of machine approvals, determine machine capabilities and the degree to which the requirements manual requirements were fulfilled during project phase at development level. Master checklist.
- Provide technical release of basic equipment for production. In coordination with process development function.
- Technical material release: Test development and application. Statistical analysis. (MCS). Attributive analysis. Special checklist development.
Requirements:
- Professional career: BD Mechatronic, Electric, Mechanic. Industrial. Etc.
- Relevant experience: 2 in the role working in the automotive industry. Direct experience in supporting process engineering activities, including equipment development, machine capability assessments, technical releases, material validation, and statistical analysis to ensure process and quality compliance.
- English Intermediate Level.
