Local Specialist Robotic

Objective of the position 

•  Ensure the availability of production-supporting equipment/systems (for the assigned technology) in coordination with supervisors.
• Execution of installations, commissioning, maintenance/servicing, training and support

Principal Activities:

• Specialist for the assigned technology – (Robot, vision systems, motion systems.)
• Independent work on more complex activities equipment and systems for the assigned technology.
• Check for correct operation and conduct test runs for overly complex devices / systems, if necessary, with the help of diagnostic systems.
• Determining the need for spare and wearing parts, arranging for the procurement of parts.
• Development and proposal of measures to improve the economic efficiency of maintenance and repair processes as well as maintenance standards.
• Ensuring the implementation of all relevant audit requirements as well as internal and external quality standards and implementing countermeasures in the event of deviations and potential for improvement.
• Building and maintaining good partnerships with internal and external customers (production, QA, engineering, etc.); building personal networks.
• Maintaining and updating technical knowledge by reviewing technical documentation and publications.
• Ensuring that the assets are running within the defined quality and productivity requirements.
• Training the customer in the use and maintenance of the equipment
• Instruct, guide and train newly hired employees.
• Conducting machine capability studies (MFU) and participating in process capability studies (PFU)
• Evaluation and interpretation of the results of the MFU; Introductory proposal for suitable measures in the event of deviations from specifications
• Recognize and document weaknesses, develop suggestions for improvement measures to increase system performance, cost efficiency, device malfunctions, errors, and processes.
• Participation in the creation of technical work instructions

Requirements:

Professional career:

• Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineer or related

Relevant experience:

• Automotive production equipment
• Robots Technologies
• PLC programming
• Automated assembly processes

Technical knowledge:

• Specific customer requirements
• Statistical tools
• Troubleshooting Tools
• Maintenance routines (preventive,predictive)
• PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
• Robots programming (KUKA, ABB, FANUC)
• Automation (Camera, vision sensor, etc).
• Mechanics
