IT Technical Support (Solution Engineering)

Objective of the position:
Cooperate in designing an IT-supported business process according to the DRX process map in cooperation with functional units; cooperate in the definition of requirements for software development.
Principal activities:
• Manage partial applications/ modules in one or several sub-process elements (e.g. HED-HPM/HPE and/or HED-KDB and/or legacy system for Harness development, etc.)
• Advice in the creation of requirements specification parts and create functional specifications parts.
• Test and document partial applications/ modules worldwide in cooperation with internal customers and software development department.
• Conduct user support (e.g. by means of trainings, user administration, etc.)
• Test and document applications and modules focus in Harness in cooperation with internal customers.
• Participation in the search for new IT technologies and methods that support the development process.
• Cooperate in requests for IT services.
• Create and maintain processes as well as system documentation.
Requirements:
• Professional career: BD Computer Systems / Informatics.
• Relevant experience: 3-5 years in IT, IT process consulting and IT 2nd Level Support for Design and Engineering.
• English advanced.
