Head of Controlling Systems & Reporting

Objective of the position:
Controlling of regional functions.
Ensure Americas report in time and quality as regional presentations.
Ensuring high efficiency in transactional activities.
Active support for common standards for whole organization (excluding Operations and Sales).
Active support for a modern finance system-infrastructure for the whole controlling organization.
Active support for Implementing synapsis in the Finance organization.
Active support for setting up of logistics controlling, value stream management and entity management.
Be a permanent innovator by driving process improvements and improvements in transparency to a new standardized setup in the region.
Principal activities:
Responsible for regional group reporting (Americas report and presentations).
Responsible for regional controlling of supporting function (HR, Q, IT, SI, SCM, M, L).
Responsible for regional overhead controlling of development functions.
Active support for creation of standard reporting (Generation and distribution). Active participation of standard revision board (according to invitation).
Regional controlling interface to process consulting.
Active support for Developing and maintaining KPIs and scorecards in close interaction with segment heads in standard review process (except for Operations and Sales – in responsibility of segment heads).
Active support for Developing the planning, budgeting and forecasting process and methodologies.
Active support for Developing standard reporting together with segment heads and head of function in standard review process.
Execution of administrative tasks (e.g. entity management, organization development).
Active support for set-up monitoring & driving of strategic projects (e.g. synapsis, digitization).
Continuous improvement and implementation (especially strategic projects) for the region.
Active support for setup and expansion of IT-systems for Finance organization.
Developing and implementing personnel planning in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor; also ensuring hiring of qualified personnel.
Requirements:
Professional career: BD • Accounting or Finance.
CPA, CMA, CIA or other accounting certification is a plus. MBA or master's degree in a business-related field is a plus.
Relevant experience: 5 years working in the role in the automotive environment. Experience in financial analysis, budget and forecast, costs accounting, general accounting and manufacturing controlling.

Technical knowledge:
Risk analysis.
Information Security Management System.
MS Office, Excel SAP/SAP CO Module.
SAP FI / MM module.
Working knowledge of IFRS.
