Complaint management engineer

Objective of the position
Managed external complains (product´s defects, development and production process) to eliminate defects. Be the link between customer and supplier.
Principal activities
- Shared responsibility of WI Handling and record of Internal & External complaint related to complaint management process.
- Administrate and coordinate external complaint from his creation in the QSYS system until its technical closure, contribute in Quality Cost.
- Responsible of root cause analysis to prevent repetitive defects and continuous improvement in processes quality
- Assure all the information requested by customer is provided on time.
- Support process standardization as required.
- To coordinate revisions to quality report with the team per customer request.
- Support training activities such as 8D´s, quality cost, QSYS, Product Safety.
- Responsible of solving problem methodology.
Requirements:
Professional career:
- Industrial Engineer or Similar Bachelor’s Degree
Relevant experience:
- Work experience in the automotive industry
- Customer standards
- Customer requirements
- 8D's
- Knowledge of interpretation of drawings
- Advanced Office tools
Technical knowledge:
- Specific Customner Requirements / customer standards.
- Drawing Interpretations.
- Problem solving Method 8D´s.
- Root cause analysis (Ishikawa).
- 7 quality tools.
- Product Safety and Warranty Claims
- Quality Risk anlaysis and PFMEA/ control Plan
- KPM / VDA6.3
