Customs Executive

In order to support the Customs Department in Rayong/Thailand, we are looking for Customs Executive who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

Tasks:

• Implement and optimize customs-relevant processes (e.g. Inward/ Outward Processing, procedures with economic significance, etc.)
• Create and negotiate customs arrangements (e.g. with suppliers, DRX-plants, customers, etc.) in cooperation with the involved functional departments taking into consideration the relevant requirements
• Control of logistic and material process flows across several supply chains under customs-relevant aspects and regulations
• Select customs service providers (e.g. customs-agents, customs-broker, etc.) including the issuing of general Power of Attorney (PoA) for the concerned providers
• Classify materials into a tariff (customs classifications) and apply Binding-Tariff-Information (BTI) at the respective customs authorization
• Handle technical customs clarifications for complex imports and exports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in BOI, Import-Export or related field.
• Have knowledge about BOI & Customs
• Good command in English
• Good computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office Suite
• Leadership skills
