Job title:
In order to support the QA Department in Rayong Thailand, we are looking for Complaint Management who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Conduct and manage external complaints processes in DTS's manufacturing process to effectiveness in order to improve quality and preventive non-conformance issue in manufacturing processes including correction and finding solution for reduce quality cost that caused by internal processes.
- Support and coordination of internal process audits according to VDA 6.3 and quality system audit by third party and customer audit.
- Coordinate with operation team, about issuing and follow up to close 8D-Report as plan and ensure about effective and maintain of corrective & preventive action i
- Coordinate, correcting and summarize all quality costs that caused by customer complaint and finding improvement ways to eliminate or reduce quality costs.
- Prepare complaint information for input into the Q$YS system according to the guidelines, including to support to generate complaint in QSYS system.
- Monitor and keep the order and cleanliness of the work area (6S). Responds job assigned by Manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in relate field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in automotive part manufacturing or related field.
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and VDA 6.3
- Knowledge of quality cost management Knowledge of basic quality tools
- Knowledge of automotive products, ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Able to work under pleasure and have problem solving skills, position thinking, ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Having knowledge in IATF 16949 and VDA6.3
- Fluent in English
