As a Technical Product Management Engineer (TPM), you will play a key role in transforming customer engineering designs into production-ready documentations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and gradually take ownership of technical tasks in a dynamic international environment.

Onboarding & Training Program (4-6 months) - We provide structured support to help you succeed:

  • Hands-on training with DRÄXLMAIER systems and tools (4 months)
  • Introduction to OEM standards and real project workflows (2 months)
  • Mentorship from experienced engineers
  • Gradual integration into real projects

 

Objective of the job:

After completing our onboarding & training program, you’ll take ownership of projects for premium automotive brands. Your focus: creating production documents and driving key activities throughout the project cycle, especially in the CKD and Series production business field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • TEAV role: Technical Documentation & BOM
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for assigned projects
  • Prepare and update production documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in internal systems
  • Implement and coordinate engineering changes from customers and internal teams
  • Update technical documents based on production feedback
  • Support continuous improvement of processes
  • CAD role: Harness Formboard Design
  • Design 1:1 wiring harness drawings, using internal component database
  • Analyze components and prepare supporting technical data
  • Implement and coordinate engineering changes from customers and internal teams
  • Optimize designs to improve production efficiency and ergonomics

You will be supported with training and mentorship to quickly become independent in your role.

Job requirements

  • A university degree, bachelor’s degree in engineering:
  • Industrial Engineering and Management
  • Control Engineering and Automation
  • Industrial and System Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Or similar major with basic electrical harness knowledge and appropriate technical know-how
  • Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in technical/ engineering roles
  • English communication is required for the role (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent)
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Location: priority in Tam Ky & Da Nang
