Objective of job

  • Supply DRX plants (e.g. with raw materials, semifinished products, parts, containers, transport, etc.)/customer plants (e.g. with products, etc.) across all supply chains within O-CKD
  • Key User for TISS & BISS

Principle activities

  • Implement improvements across all Supply chains within O-CKD
  • Agree on delivery dates with customer (internal & external) & supplier
  • Coordinate actions to avoid bottlenecks (e.g. due to threatened delivery delays, for technical changes, in case of immediate demand/additional demand, etc.)
  • Review and manage general system parameters
  • Control the logistical material and process flows across several supply chains, taking economic aspects into account
  • Analyze & monitor indicators and derive actions
  • Monitor delivery amounts and schedules
  • Handle excess inventory
  • Recognize bottlenecks and initiate special actions (e.g. special transport, etc.) over several DRX plants
  • Operative themes in the TISS & BISS informational system (account reconciliation, inventory support, KPI’s, etc.)
  • Act as a KeyUser / Trainer for TISS & BISS within O-CKD locations
  • Support of Transport & Packaging planning (i.e. creating RFQ´s for each, verifying technical points with Forwarders & Suppliers, implementing of new routing etc.)
  • Act as a contact between suppliers, customers & DRX plants
  • Support investigating market research for sustainable Transport & Packaging solutions

Job requirements

  • Specialized knowledge / education: Major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Work experience: 3-5 years in Supply Chain Management
  • Additional knowledge: Logistic experience, preferrable in Supply Chain Management, Fluent English, Good SAP knowledge, Microsoft Office (especially Power Point, Outlook and Excel), Basic Knowledge of Customs clearance, Basic Knowledge of Transport law, Travel readiness
