Quality Receiving Inspector

Principle activities
• Check the interaction of individual components and component groups to assure functionality
• View test plans and drawing documentation
• Work with relevant department in DRX group to request information related to inspection topic.
• Label defective component groups/equipment and pass it on with a description of the defect
• Train/instruct other associates
• Conduct complex tests using measurement equipment/programmed units and specific gauges on parts from
several series/processes, according to guidelines
• Document test/measurement results in the CAQ system and summarize data/determine statistical values
• Escalate/pass on results
• Sort out defective parts, taking into account DRX-specific requirements
• Determine and forward defects
• Cooperate in finding the cause and solution for problem cases

Activities from Quality Control HRL 8 as well as (within area of responsibility):
• Technical orientation/training of associates
• Coordinate associates (e.g. personnel scheduling, etc.) und machine usage
