- Support and advise employees in simple personnel, social and labor law questions
- Conduct individual personnel measures in cooperation with management taking into consideration internal and external guidelines
- Support the personnel selection process in cooperation with the functional departments and with recruiting and training
- Conduct personnel selection meetings and support hiring decisions in cooperation with the functional departments for defined employee groups (e.g. interns, working students and workers, etc.)
- Support managers or HR associates in preparing documents and consolidate data for HR reporting
- Handle administrative tasks (work permit, visa, temporary residential card)
- Prepare documents according to guidelines (e.g. employment contracts, references, etc.)
