- Support the introduction of a continuous improvement process (KVP) and manage DRX Ideas
- Conduct associate training sessions on standards
- Identify improvement potential in standards and inform the central office
- Determine capacities, based on key identifiers (e.g. productivity, scrap, etc.) in cooperation with the responsible persons in the plants
- Conduct workshops for various plant functions (e.g. Production, Logistics, etc.) to identify improvement potential (e.g. with regard to minutes, space and material, parametrization of production equipment, reduction of error rates, etc.)
- Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for supervisors/management
- Implement actions, responsibilities, and schedules to realize potential capacities, in cooperation with the team
- Implement agreed actions, in cooperation with the area involved
- Cooperate in optimizing standards/processes/production equipment (e.g. computer-aided monitoring of maintenance cycles via databases, etc.)
- Support employees in creating A3 and Greenbelt projects
- Manage Obeya room: Organize and moderate management meetings about CI and DRX Ideas.
- Monitor implementation status for CI and DRX Ideas
