Objective of Job
- Install/maintain/repair machinery and/or equipment; maintain buildings and technical systems and manufacture/install equipment
Principle Activities
- Support the planning, selection, and procurement of production equipment based on operational needs and company standards
- Assist in maintenance and repair activities to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Follow and promote workplace safety and accident prevention measures
- Create and manage maintenance work orders according to established procedures.
- Assemble, install, and test equipment based on technical drawings and work instructions
- Prepare materials, tools, and production documentation required for maintenance and installation work
- Perform equipment inspections, troubleshooting, adjustments, and basic repairs to ensure proper functionality
- Support equipment installation, relocation, commissioning, and test runs
- Identify equipment issues and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinate spare parts requirements and support procurement activities
- Contribute improvement ideas to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and maintenance processes
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation
Job requirements
- Professional/graduate education: The final-year student or fresher with a bachelor’s degree in engineering: Control Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Or similar major with basic electrical harness knowledge and appropriate technical know-how
- English reading comprehension is required for the role (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent)
- Work Experiences: None or from 1-year experience
- Strong willingness to learn and develop
