• Conduct personnel recruitment for jobs in the defined area (e.g. processing, assistance, workers etc.)
• Conduct database/ online research according to input from the job specification
• Review application documents and provide corresponding recommendations; pre-select candidates, prepare long lists
• Arrange and conduct job interviews, advice managers regarding the selection of candidates and salary setting
• Identify recruitment channels/methods
• Design job advertisements
• Prepare, conduct and assess the selection tests for the respective area of responsibility
• Support smaller (short/ medium-term) projects within the division/ department (e.g. in the areas of time management, promotions, employee transfers, benefits etc.)
• Cooperate in the definition of job requirements/ specifications together with the business units
