Logistics Warehouse Supervisor

Objective of the Job:

Ensuring the timely delivery of production in order to guarantee an optimal supply of the customer

Principal Activities:

• Coordinates the activity of on-time delivery of the wiring according to the programming and the client's requirements
• Collaborates with various departments (warehouse, technical, production, quality) to solve problems
• Control stock check and delivery to customer right time and quantity
• Controls the way in which the work instructions are observed by the subordinates for the good development of the activity
• Establishes the tasks and responsibilities of subordinate staff, based on job descriptions
• Organizes, coordinates and verifies the activity of the people in the department
• Train subordinates
• Provides support to employees for solving various problems, manages labor disputes, ensures contact with the Human Resources Department for the exchange of necessary and requested information and documents
• Provides constructive feedback to employees and advises them in the sense of encouraging communication on both sides, as well as team collaboration
• Evaluates the activity of subordinate staff and makes proposals for motivation, sanctioning, promotion, etc.
• Executes other dispositions given by the hierarchical superiors in the realization of the short-term strategies of the department, within the limits of the observance of the legal basis

Job Requirements:

Specialized Knowledge / Education:

• College degree in a relevant field

Work Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in the related field

Additional Knowledge:

• Basic English proficiency
• Use of PC / Scanner
• Ability to operate PC and scannerFamiliarity with Spec Log systems such as Host, Bs Info, MES, and AVAS
