Objective of job:
- Planning and realization of production processes for existing and new products
Principle activities
- Analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues in Production
- Provide fast and effective technical solutions to reduce downtime and improve product quality.
- Design poka‑yoke concepts
- Create line balancing.
- Perform time studies.
- Perform equipment capacity planning.
- Perform personnel capacity planning.
- Verify and correct bill of materials.
- Create, maintain and improve plant layout.
- Optimize material flow.
- Analyze and monitor production methods, as well as improving them.
- Create process specifications.
- Identify improvement potential in product and production processes.
- Implement released optimizations.
- Coordinate relevant plannings with other departments
Job requirements
Specialized knowledge / education:
- Completed university degree in technical field
Work experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Process Engineer / IE Engineer in electronics or automotive manufacturing.
Qualification:
- Good self-learning skill is essential.
- Good English communication
- Hands-on experience in poka‑yoke design.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good at communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrates teamwork, proactivity, a service-oriented approach, a can-do attitude, a pursuit of perfection, realism, solution-focused thinking, and a commitment to self-improvement.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive optimal decisions.
- Ability of self-planning and prioritizing activities.
- Experience working in excel.
