- To perform generalist activities from Human Resource Management and support recruiting, admin & HR Manager to ensure smooth operation of Human resources Department.
- Support further personnel specialist and HR Manager where required and cooperate in various projects.
- Support and advice associates in personnel, compensation, social & labour law questions.
- Keep employee aware with organization changes like policy revision, implementing various policies/management decisions in plant in smooth way.
- Carry out individual personnel measures in cooperation with management taking into consideration internal & external regulations
- Support HR Manager in Manpower Budgeting & tracking of manpower requirements
- Control the personnel selection process in cooperation with departments & recruiting-to support that right people are recruited at right time in right place.
- Conducts personnel selection meetings and make hiring decision in cooperation with departments for operators
- Promote trusting cooperation within staff & workers.
- Support relevant personnel functions like annual salary determination processes, documentation of hiring & leaving etc.
- Manage master data in SAP and conduct wage & salary payments, ensure deadline for monthly payroll & other statutory payments etc.
- Ensure HR data for time management and payroll is up to date, accurate.
- Maintain HR records to ensure we are complaint with internal & external audit processes.
- Plan, adapt and coordinate training/development plans for staff in coordination with managers and maintain all record related to training & development.
- Support n all employee relation issues affecting the business including reorganization, absenteeism, sickness, disciplinary, capability, grievance meetings, poor performance etc.
- To ensure orientation of new employee and provide relevant HR information and documentation of the same.
- Prepare various reports and forwards to concern person on time.
- Ensure all legal licenses are in place and tracking of status, renewal of required licenses.
- To arrange various events in plant.
- Carry out other administrative/organsational activities in department like security management, vehicles management, contract labour management, canteen management, garden management, facility management.
- Checking of invoices & ensure vendor payments on time.
